Joe Bruckland
Managing Director
Joe is the Managing Director of Bruckland Prime Lettings, bringing with him extensive experience from across the residential property sector. With a background that spans construction, new-build development, and luxury rental homes, Joe combines commercial insight with a hands-on understanding of how exceptional homes are created from the ground up.
Alongside the lettings business, Joe also runs a highly successful construction business (JVB Construction) and a new-build development company (Bruckland Developments), delivering premium residential schemes built to exacting standards. These developments form the foundation of the Bruckland Prime Lettings rental portfolio, offering residents beautifully designed, brand new homes, finished to an exceptional specification.
Renowned for his uncompromising eye for quality craftsmanship, Joe is deeply involved in setting the standard for every property – prioritising superior materials, thoughtful design, and meticulous detailing. His focus on high specification and exceptional quality ensures each home exceeds expectations.
Steph Murray
Head of Lettings
Steph is our Head of Lettings, playing a central role in shaping the experience of every tenant from the moment they move in. With a natural eye for design, Steph ensures each home delivers the perfect balance of style, comfort, and functionality.
As the interior design lead for the wider Bruckland group, Steph works closely with the construction and development teams to deliver interiors that are both elegant and practical. From layouts and finishes to fixtures and detailing, she ensures every rental home reflects the high standards and premium specification that define the Bruckland brand.
Steph is the first point of contact for customers upon moving in and remains closely involved throughout their tenancy, overseeing all rental properties and ensuring a seamless, well-managed living experience. Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to service help create homes that our tenants enjoy living in.
Tom Mckay
Customer Care
Tom is our Customer Care Manager, ensuring every resident enjoys a smooth, well-supported rental experience throughout their tenancy. As the first point of contact for any maintenance or property-related queries, Tom takes a friendly, proactive approach and is always focused on resolving issues efficiently and with minimal disruption.
As a key member of the company’s construction team, Tom brings hands-on technical expertise to the role. He is able to complete general remedial works directly, and when specialist input is required, he will carefully appoint trusted trades to ensure all works are carried out to the highest standard.
With a strong emphasis on responsiveness, reliability, and attention to detail, Tom’s primary focus is delivering a positive customer experience. It is his role to ensure that all tenant queries are responded to quickly and efficiently.
